If a match is cancelled or starts with a significant delay beyond the scheduled time, the related bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded. This decision is made in accordance with Tigro's rules and is final.

• Parlay or accumulator bets combining multiple selections from the same match are permitted.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets by exploiting match fixing or insider information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Tigro's systems.
• Claiming bonuses or free bets through fraudulent means.
• Colluding with other users to place bets that guarantee a profit.

Tigro may suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances: suspected prohibited activity, incomplete KYC verification, or security-related concerns.

Users may also voluntarily close their account — simply contact support and submit a closure request. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• Once an account is closed, the associated email or mobile number cannot be used to create a new account.
• If your account is closed due to prohibited activity, your balance may be forfeited.
• If you self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, your account will not be reactivated before the specified period ends.
